A 20-year-old man, Mohammad Ibrahim, was fatally stabbed in Pachtorwa village on Friday, local police reported. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Ibrahim was declared dead upon arrival.
According to Additional Superintendent of Police Sushil Kumar Singh, a dispute initially surfaced Thursday night between Ibrahim and fellow villager Zishan. This conflict spiraled into physical violence the following day.
Zishan, accompanied by his brother Waseem, sought out Ibrahim in the village, resulting in a deadly brawl. Zishan allegedly stabbed Ibrahim with a sharp object, inflicting a critical chest wound. Both suspects fled and are currently evading police capture. An investigation and post-mortem have been initiated.
